Social study on evaluation of public services with the provision of methodology of feedback mechanisms

The paper analyzes the existing channels of feedback to assess the population of the Kaliningrad region of the existing system of services in the context of the typology of services and service providers, as well as the development of proposals on optimization of feedback channels in the provision of services. In this work, a case study carried out, the model of the feedback system to assess the population of the Kaliningrad region the quality of services is built, the recommendations are given.
